Next time you create a report, use the template I provided in a previous response to this thread and have some evidence within the report or your reports won't come to any proper conclusion. We do not refund for rule breaks either, but if Kronen did RDM you then he would be forced to refund the item.

@Kronen - if you did RDM him then I strongly suggest you refund the item now. We're not going to have you on the server if your only intentions are to rip items especially from less experienced and newer players, it is discouraging and annoying for them so if the disruptive behaviour continues then let this be your final warning.
