Suggestion Title: Weapon Case Trade Up

How would it benefit the server: the optimum case is a better version of the weapon case so my idea was like the card packs where it would be 25 card pack for premium and then 20 premium for gift box it would be 100 weapon cases for 1 optimum cases, this gives use for the weapon cases and makes people want to collect them, as the weapon cases dont really hold value they could be collected and then converted into optimum cases, only ways currently to get optimum cases are gift box , missions and leaderboards

100 weapon cases > 1 optimum case

doesnt have to be exactly 100 but an amount could be figured out

Potential Issues/Exploits: no exploits or issues come to mind
