You seem to somehow have a version of the map that is different to the servers version. To fix this you need to delete the map from "garrysmod/maps" or "garrysmod/download/maps" if its not in the first location. Look for the map with the name "rp_evocity_zarp_v33x.bsp".

Then make sure to enable custom downloads in your Garry's Mod settings and then re-join the server.
