Probably would be a good idea to give a little more detail as well as some video evidence as just saying something doesn't work is extremely vague. Also are you sure the dumpsters you are looking at are even trashman dumpsters as there are two different kind of dumpsters on the map 1 for trashman and 1 for hobo diving. Are you also sure that you are giving the manholes time to respawn the trash as sometimes they won't always have trash inside of them and you will need to give them time to regenerate.
