Suggestion Title: Gambling Restriction Feature

How would it benefit the server: players loosing items to gambling

Potential Issues/Exploits: probably if people accidentally set the restriction for too long I dunno

Additional notes: this feature would give the user a choice to continue coinflipping/gambling in-game items or money or to temporarily disable it for a number of days or weeks, this would mean the user cannot send or accept any coinflips which are given to them, cannot do the /roll command and can't gamble in the casino, casino raids will not be restricted, however, real gambling sites have this to battle against addiction and people coinflipping more than they could afford to loose.
