After speaking with Hiro and seeing his point of view I decided not to punish him, the reason is that the tripmine was placed well before you ran into it with seemingly no intent to rip you. You then proceeded to run straight into the tripmine yourself, although it was hard to see and the tripmine had no reason to be there, there is no rule against this placement and therefore this is your own fault.

However, since this is a rather large gray zone within the rules, I will be working together with the lead team to suggest a rule in the next meeting concerning this very problem.
