Server Name: Prop Hunt

Suggestion Title: Remove certain powerrounds:

- Harpoon only (dumb powerround)
- Slow motion (what sort of POWERround is this...??)
- Fast as a flash (causes monumental frame drops)
- Props exploding (props at start of the round exploit this and kill all hunters)
- Props having guns (do i really need to explain this?)
- Time bubble/changes (weird powerround)

How would it benefit the server: people wont leave due to powerrounds that are just plainly unfun and this will make everything more playable and enjoyable.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none hopefully.
