~My Plans As Head Admin~

My plan as Head Admin is to help out the best I can to bring more players onto the server and make popular changes within the player base/community. I want to be the “go-to Person” for the staff team when they need help, this includes being active on the server, active on the forums, active in staff discussions, and being a pusher of server and weapon changes.

~Why I should be promoted~



I am very active on discord and very active on the server always being there for when someone needs to talk to me about something or to just chat with people as they come on. As far as the forums go I am on almost all the time I am on my computer. I try to give as much constructive feedback to a post, if I feel it could help and I try to respond to as many TTT threads as possible.




My time on the server is usually pretty high and I try my best to get on as much as I can and I try to be as active as I can be ingame. Doing reports, helping people who are confused. I also try to be on the server when other people are unable to join. Everytime I get messages that there is no staff on the Server I try to go on the server and help people out. I am always open for suggestions to the server and try to help out the server the best I can.




I don’t have a lot to say about my personality aside from the fact that I am helpful and willing to put my time aside for others. I am a nice guy and I also think that I am very approachable for others. One of my biggest strengths is that I take the given criticism and try to work on it to better myself as a Staff member and as a person.




I kinda scratched the topic in the “Plans as Head Admin”, but I want to go more in-depth about it here. I want to try my absolute best to establish a great communication between the Lead team and the rest of the staff team. I will do this by always being available when someone needs me and keeping the Lead Team together and on the same page as much as possible.




In the time as a Staff member and especially in the time as a Super Admin I gathered a lot of experience about Staffing. Over the course of time as Super Admin about a Month I have done many things not only for the Lead Team but also for the server and other staff members. Some examples would be:

-I have answered questions related to Rules
-Trained multiple staff members
-Punished cheaters
-I made sure that everyone on the Staff team gets their Time
