These staff applications seem pointless, and this isn't so much a critique of the application but you, or anyone applying to be staff as it is: there's already more staff than players, way way more staff than players. You, or anyone else, won't be adding anything to the quality of the server by applying.

The real actual way you could be helping the server, is by playing it consistantly. That will do more work and help the server more than any staff have ever done for the past year or more.
