If you didn't understand:Basically, Even if his increment is 2,000,000$ which is higher than 1,000$ it still denies it. Example; 1,000,000$ or 10,000,000$ or ... 1 ... $ will get accepted because it has the number *1* into it, but a two until nine won't get accepted.
