We've decided to deny this appeal, you have made absolutely zero effort in creating a more meaningful, convincing appeal instead of pretty much (almost) reposting the same appeal.

Your behaviour has shown nothing but toxic and racist traits, how can you expect your appeal to be considered if you aren't putting any effort into it as well as demonstrating behaviour that makes you rather believe you are going to be here with good intentions only? From this year alone, you've amassed nine punishments in regards to your conduct, ranging from starting issues/drama to racism and harassment so clearly the memo wasn't in your head to stop acting the way you were and had to be placed on a permanent ban. We are simply not going to tolerate this. Next time you appeal, take the time to reflect upon your actions, it is also way too soon to even consider modifying your ban in my opinion but I am sure others would feel the same way with the points mentioned.
