Suggestion Title:
Weaken possessed props

How would it benefit the server:
Currently any map with props in it is basically unplayable. Besides minecraft ( ) which has no props, people immediately turn to propkilling on other maps. It's gotten to a point where there's some sort of consensus that nobody plays on these maps seriously because a few props can just mess up entire rounds.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Literally none, except for the fact it's kinda fun to fly around as prop bullets.

Additional notes:
I think it's insane how long props have been like this on the server. It completely ruins map variety and (so far) there haven't been enough staff to take control of these situations. Even with all the new admins applying, I think it'd make more sense to just tone down prop damage/speed so players can play normally without someone policing around prop killers
