Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

A appropriate situation to use the ban command is when a player has 7 or more recent punishments. I would also use the ban command whenever a player joins the server commands MASS RDM 3 or more times and leaves to avoid answering reports and facing punishments. Both of these show a continued pattern of a player that either does not know the rules or has no interest in respecting the server and its players.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to make this report after reviewing your rapsheet this is your first ban and it was not within the staff members right as admin to give you this punishment the staff member who did this will be spoken to as to assure this would not happen again. You also look to be sorry to have cheated so your ban will be lifted sorry for the error. enjoy your time on the server!

Why I should be promoted

I have previous staff experience on multiple servers as well as previous lead team experience. I have my time this week and will continue to have it in the future.
