Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command

1. If someone Mass RDM + LTAP (Leave to avoid punishment)
2. 7 or more Recent Punishments
3. Continuous Racism (Been warned multiple times)

Explain how you would handle the following situation

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words)

I have been staff on ZARP a great many times, achieving the rank of TTT Head Admin in June of 2021, I have great experience and knowledge about staffing. I was also a TF2 Moderator, Deathrun Admin and Deathrun Mod, as well as Murder Mod. I have come back to try to revive TTT once more, just like I did in the Summer of 2021. (Not single handedly, I had the best LT of all LTs to help me) but I think I did great job at it. I think I have what it takes to get the server back on its feet, and that's why I'm returning.
