And no, not all questions are answered, neither certain answered ones relate to the question asked.
These are basic tasks given to an individual, not only to be eligible to be voted on, but to prove that they are capable of responsibly communicating with a minimum standard of basic understanding since the position really has to do with communication and rightful judgement holding the biggest percentage of it.
