After discussions with Markus we have come to the conclusion that you have already had the ban reduced not once not twice but three times, it seems you have been told countless times from people to wait it out and I have been told to inform you that if appeals keep popping up there is a chance you may be forum banned. Take this advice and wait it out, its your best chances.
