Good evening YisYas, after a discussion with Markus we have come to the conclusion that your ban should be changed from permanent down to 8 weeks. However if you are able to maintain a positive attitude and keep up good behavior across the pointshop servers (I will be checking) we may agree to lower the ban further. Happy zarping!
