Small changes. They're listed on the post.

Stuff like the consistent width and height doesn't necessarily show, but it is using the exact same dimensions as the ZARP VIP badge which looks cleaner when a player is both VIP and staff. Also, the text is capitalized. There are a few style changes, but those aren't important.
