He wasn't even punished, and Ezehzz got accepted for Super Admin after an actual accidental RDM just like this one where he was reported on the forums and it was accepted in 2019. Like Faithful said, it was an accident and he didn't get punished. He got "Talked to" and that's just to satisfy Rusty because he was genuinely RDMd on accident. Not sure why a genuine accident like that would be reason to deny someone's application.
