Suggestion Title: Deep Sea Mining Ore Processing (Transform ores into ingots)

How would it benefit the server: Players who don't have 137 inventory space dedicated to deep sea mining (yes, thats the actual amount for even the first drill upgrade) would be able to partake in the job without being stuck behind a paywall

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: You would have a Furnace which would work similarly to the crafting table where you can cook your ores (which weight 0.5) into ingots (which weight 0.1). That would make it possible for almost anyone to partake in the job while keeping the challenge of dealing with inventory weight while mining
