Suggestion Title: Hazmat being Immune to ores that damage you

How would it benefit the server:The hazmat becomes even more swag

Potential Issues/Exploits:N/A

Additional notes:Tiberium currently damages you and gives you the neurotoxin effect, which the hazmat should be immune to considering its immunity to both nerve gas and radiation rounds. Therefore, any ore that damages you with a radioactive type effect should not damage a user using a hazmat suit.
