I've changed it to:

- Give a 10-15% chance of revival upon buying the item (was 15-30% for T's and 20-35% for Detectives)
- Add 4-6% per kill, up to a maximum of 35% (was 10-15%, up to a maximum of 50%)

Will be added to the live server in the coming update.
