Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I really enjoyed my time as Moderator and i now take a closer look at what players say/do and how they behave

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

i have never encountered a situation like that

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would welcome them to the Team and explain them all the commands like Kicking, Muting, Gagging, Stripping Weapons and teach them how and when to use them

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would Read exactly why they got banned and what they did. If they have a good apology and swear to NEVER do this again i would reduce the time to just a Few Days. If they do it again i wouldn't lower it and just keep them banned

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I think i did a pretty good job as a Moderator and i would like to be promoted, because i really want to help the server grow and get better. Im also Super Admin on Surf and i would like to one day be a Super admin at the Bhop server aswell
