Suggestion Title: Make more Airdrops closer to spawn

How would it benefit the server: Airdrops will be chaotic like they used to be

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: The large map is nice as it is used for zone captures, basing, mining, and gang hideouts but Air Drops were always nice when they were closer to spawn due to the chaos they bring and having the locations further away limits that.
