Suggestion Title: Workmen Day

How would it benefit the server: Would encourage newer players to earn money without fear of being raided or losing money by means out of their control. Encourages variety on the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of at the time of creating this.

Additional notes: "Workmen Day" would allow legal jobs such as; bus driver, trashman, lawnmower, etc. to receive double pay for doing their job.
