Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

Due to my time as a moderator,, I now pay much more attention to the chat and the players. I also watch players more often to help or give tips or to see if theyre trying to exploit a bug

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:

up until now i hadnt had any big problems with users, the only thing i did was message a player privately to warn him about spamming or offending other users,so far no further action has been required

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would explain the individual moderator commands to him and will explain when he should use them.

I would tell him:
To execute a command you have to press the Tab key and then go to the user you want to punish (Mute Voice, Mute Chat or Kick) and then click the respective button to execute the command

Here you can still select how long the user should be muted 5 sec,5min or 10 min ...

Kick
if you want to kick someone you should at least give a reason

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would first check how long the person is banned and if the user is possibly banned on other servers and then clarify with the staff who banned the user and then make my decision

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I think I've done a good job as moderator and with the new rank I can contribute even more to the server to make the game experience as good as possible for the users
