I've had a look at this refund request for you,

We will be denying this refund request, It has always been the case that if you equip a suit while crouching it will uncrouch you.
We can also see in the video that the advanced trip mines have been placed in the angel position resulting in the visible line showing one way where the laser itself is in another position
