Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I've gathered a lot of experience as a Moderator, last time I was Moderator and then also this time around, and I certainly believe I am ready for the Admin rank. I also have a lot of experience as I've gone as far as Head Admin on other ZARP servers.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A few examples where a ban would be appropriate:
• A player has 5 or more recent punishments, then breaks another rule
• A player is exploiting and is a repeated offender
• A player is cheating (only if instructed by LT though)

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Welcome to the staff team, I will give you a quick explanation on how to use all your powers properly.

First off, do the following in console:

bind <key> "ulx menu"

Now, click the key you chose and the admin menu will appear.

You will see the following commands:
• 'sendanticheat' - sends a screengrab of a player to the lead team
• 'amute' - mutes a player from using the admin chat
• 'asay' - command to use the admin chat, but you can also do "@ message" to achieve the same
• 'gag' - mutes a player in the voice chat
• 'mute' - mutes a player in the text chat
• 'psay' - sends a private message to a player
• 'tgag' - same as gag, but for a specified amount of time
• 'tmute' - same as mute, but for a specified amount of time
• 'webtauntmute' - disables a player from using web taunts
• 'unwebtauntmute' - re-enables a player to use web taunts
• 'slay' - kills a player
• 'bring' - brings a player to you
• 'goto' - teleports you to a player
• 'teleport' - teleports a player to your crosshair
• 'checkspec' - tells you who a player is spectating
• 'checkspecnotify' - notifies you when a player switches their spectate target
• 'forceteam' - force changes a player's team
• 'friends' - tells you who a player is steam friends with
• 'fspec' - forces a player to the spectator team
• 'kick' - kicks a player from the server

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello [Name],
I've contacted the staff member who banned you and we've agreed to unban you. You seem very apologetic in your appeal and this is your first ban. Please, before joining the server, re-read the server rules as they may have changed since you've been banned.
