Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would explain them the basics of surfing e.g. dont press w or s, surf the ramp from top to bottom to gain speed,strafe with a and d to gain speed mid-air and move your mouse accordingly to it

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
i will ask them to stop spamming,if they wont stop i will mute/gag them

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
i will ask them to stop, if they wont stop i will kick them and inform a higher staff member

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
i am a very active player and i have decent experince in surf and i like to help new players get better at surf. I would like to apply because soon when the Hard server comes out i feel like all the staff will be playing on the hard server more and forget the easy server
