BHOP related

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I first would use voice chat to communicate with them the controls or VIA chatbot. I would then show them how to spectate me and to watch my gameplay as a demonstration and go out of my way to find them some BHOPPING tutorials from youtube

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: verbal warning, Mute, if behaviour continues I would discuss a potential ban. If the mic spam was derogatory (e.g. racist, homophobic, etc) I would ban right away.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Verbal warning, Kick and also a potential ban, I would also bring up the exploit to other staff members to find a fix.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I used to moderate a GMOD server back in 2016 called REDLINE for quite a while and have moderated twitch chats and discords since then. I am someone who enjoys meeting new people and would love to be part of this community, since joining I have noticed the lack of active mods during my hours being online also.
Extra Information: I am 20 and from the United Kingdom I use they/them pronouns and do art in my free time
