RussianHow would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
It depends on the situation, however first I would ask the person who is getting bullied to show me screenshots or any sort of evidence that the accused person is in fact bullying them. If I'm shown proof (or if i witness it in the first place), based on the severity of the bullying I would decide the punishment. If I would talk to the bully and let them know they will get punished if they carry on. I would kick/ban them if they are a repeated offender / they continue / the bullying was severe.Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Discord
Mute - Used when a user breaks a part of the rules not severe enough for a kick or ban, such as spamming or pinging people for no reason.
Kick - When a user makes a rulebreak of a moderate severity, such as spam pinging roles, or using slurs.
Ban - When a user severely breaks the rules, or is a repeated offender of the above.
Teamspeak
Kick - Used when someone is breaking minor rules, such as micspamming or playing music when others in the channel aren't fine with it.
Ban - Used when someone is being racist, homophobic, doxing or similar. Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I am extremely active in the Discord and am always available and respond almost instantly, I check the channels all the time and I feel like I would be beneficial to the server as a Discord Admin. I'm also active on Teamspeak, although a bit less than Discord. I am trusted because I have been an Admin on SSRP for a while now and have plenty of staffing experience on multiple ZARP services such as the Forums, SSRP, Prop Hunt and also Discord and Teamspeak.
