Suggestion Title: THANK YOU NOTIFICATIONS

How would it benefit the server: more ADDICTING

Potential Issues/Exploits: kids pressing thank you and un-thank you i suppose

Additional notes: In order to feel validation I need to know when someone pressed thank you on some of my comments i made years ago. That makes me feel good for a whopping .2 secs. It makes sense to copy & paste the model Twitter uses for likes/retweets. I find it highly addicting.
