Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First I would tell them to stop text/mic spamming, however if they continue doing it, I would mute/gag them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
First, I would check their rapsheet, and look for any existing exploiting punishments. If there are none, I will warn them and tell them not to do it again. If they do it again, or if they had some exploiting punishments in the first place, I would seek help from a higher rank to ban them.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when a player uses third party communication services (Steam, Discord, Teamspeak) or any other unfair means of giving out information to another player such as where the props are located.
Example: Player A is a hunter, and Player B is a prop. Player B has died, and is using his spectate ability to tell player A where to find the remaining players on the props team.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
In the last week or so (a bit more) I've been playing on prop hunt pretty actively and I think I would be able to contribute to the staff team as I've been staff before, and also currently hold other ranks on zarp. It's not uncommon that the server is completely empty of staff and people would obviously ghost and play questionable taunts so I hope to prevent that.
