Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If someone was spamming via text or microphone, I would give them a mute. If continued after the mute, the mute given will be longer and longer, and banned by an admin if required.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone was exploiting, I would first tell them verbally to stop doing it, if continued they will be punished as required, with a kick and possible ban from an admin if required.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is where 2 players communicate outside of the game to share knowledge the other player may not know, to gain an advantage such as the location of another player.
An example of this is player a telling player b where the location of a hiding prop is over discord or teamspeak.

Why should I be chosen?
I have been playing on prophunt a lot more lately, and enjoy my time on the server. I hold several ranks across other ZARP servers and would like the chance to staff for prophunt. I am very experienced with several scenarios that I may face as a moderator and would be able to handle any scenario I may face.
