Unfortunately, we only offer refunds for server-side bugs or issues, not for rulebreaks by other players.

I would recommend reaching out to the user who RDMed you and see if they are willing to offer you a refund themselves, and if not, you should make a report against the user here: zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/report-abuse

If the user who RDMed you with your jugg and gluon does not agree to refund you, please contact me on Discord and I will deal with them appropriately: TheXnator#7954
