Although I acknowledge your previous admin experience, The rules, server and general attitude has changed, so I would still expect you to trial as a moderator first.
Sadly even though you may not be constantly AFK, you still arent interactive with the staff team and general playerbase when you just sit in a mine

I do interact with the staff team as I go in team speak to speak to them, when I’ve got time to speak.
