How would it benefit the server:
-This could help combat the massive quantities of cash in the economy to some extent.
-This would help feed the crippling gambling addicts.
-Money

-Visual errors

Additional notes:
Taking notes from the current point shop lottery system would be the type of thing I am suggesting here, The only difference is that for SSRP the money will have some taken off the top to create a money sink.
