Suggestion Title: car mechanic job

How would it benefit the server:This job can be used to RP as a car mechanic with the new car system, the car mechanic shop would be the already existing one. I thought this would be a good idea because of the new car systems weapons, one of the weapons is a car repair tool, this would also be good because many people always crash and after their car crashes enough, the car will stop working.
