Callum was constantly doing this even NLRing in some situations he has been following us quite a lot with the intent of arresting out suits and weapons. We killed him due to this being a very consistent action of his.

Do you have evidence of this? And also, was this Callum just leaving Spawn or actively breaking NLR/consistently following you (after being warned to stop with /me) in other districts?
