no they can't. how about you provide evidence of them doing that all the time?
and if you want to say "that one time", dont act like new, not experienced staff members dont make mistakes on other servers and punished a hacker because they forgot/didnt know they couldnt

My own prop hunt rapsheet is pretty good proof?
