Suggestion Title: Remember Administrator Jails

How would it benefit the server:

Less people being banned far longer than the duration of their jail.

Potential for users to get a second chance and maybe stick around on the server not breaking rules, hopefully...?

Potential Issues/Exploits: Users not taking the chance and continuing to rulebreak.

Additional notes:

I think it'd be a good idea if administrator jails on users carried continued from the time they left off at, when they rejoin. This would prevent someone from being banned for 1 week (an example time) rather than waiting 10 minutes and continuing to play.

Alternatively if they re-join the server they could have the timer reset and they'll have to wait from the beginning, I do not like this option as much, because that'll only push people away from waiting and they'd probably just leave instead.

I think the most optimal change would be to have the timer carry on whilst they are disconnected from the server, similar to how we do not punish for leaving to avoid punishment if they do not join back within 10 minutes (an example time). That way they are still forced to sit out of the server for X amount of time either way.
