You should aim to improve on your in-game activity as well as your F1 report count before going for the Administrator position. Also, the attitude that you've displayed in some of the replies on your own application thread is not something I expected from a former LT, current LM, and from someone going for a higher rank. You definitely have quite a bit to work on still - Take your time, do it right.
