I've heard the CM team talk about this a couple of times, they keep saying that when they added the velocity restriction there were more people on. But I kinda disagree since we have 0 players and before it got added we had like 7 players or more.
I just think we have to remove it, but I will bet that they will deny this suggestion again because they will use the same argument.
