How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?: move the bully to a separate channel and talk to them and ask them to stop, if they don't a kick will be given, this will be their final warning before the ban. If the user comes back again and continues bullying a ban will be given.

appropriately:
Kick: used to give people who are being mean/disrespectful/racist a timeout

Ban: After the user has been kicked and continues offending people, this feature will be used to give them a long time to think about all the mean things they said and become a better person.
