In order to integrate something like this, it would require lots of time and drastic back-end code alterations - Which is not something we want to prioritize as of now as our primary focus is SSRP and the PS servers. Even though this is not on our "to-do list", I can't exclude the possibility of this getting added sometime in the future. A good alternative, for now, would be to go to our Custom Forum Emoticons thread and suggest some emojis which we are more likely to add.
