I've spoken to yisyas about this situation and he has admitted to his wrongdoing and apologized for the situation. If the zone capture had not been failed, we would've also ensured that participating members hand over any items they had gained, however they did fail the ZC in this situation.

He claims that the user who was not warned did not initially hear him, but after repeating it moments later did unequip the suit and believed it was a genuine mistake on his part not realizing that he was not able to use suits when helping another gang to defend.

I've refamiliarized yisyas with the staff ethos and explained that in a situation like this, warnings or further punishment are more appropriate than verbal warnings, which are only really appropriate for more minor rulebreaks, and he has now warned the user for this situation.

For now, I believe not further immediate action is necessary, however we will discuss this in the Lead Team meeting on Saturday to see if we believe further action is required.
