I was just talking to Dad Beater on Discord about the matter in question. The person who was banned is supposedly "cheating" due to quite convincing aim botting/locking, etc. He was MRDM-ing and was subsequently banned for doing so, though Dad Beater rushed to ban the guy (and obviously wasn't thinking right) and banned him for hacking instead of MRDM. The ban reason will be rectified. I've just told him to pay close attention next time when issuing bans.

No further action will be necesarry.
