After reviewing this report I have found that you are trying to get a staff member punished for something they did even before they were staff and yet they didn't even break any rules are they were clearly raiding the PD. They even adverted it and they didn't even need to. So for this, I will be denying this side of the report as you are trying to target him for something they did before they were the staff.

As for L T They did break NLR and they don't have any punishments and I have seen they were just accepted for staff, with this in mind I will be speaking to LT and making it clear to them so they don't break NLR again.
