Story/Situation - I was randomly teleported to the mines where I allegedly RDMed. After I explained that I did NOT rdm anybody, I was warned for RDM without any form of evidence from the reporter, because the admin and the reporter are friends. I was also randomly teleported out of nowhere, without prior notice, which moderators are supposed to be taught not to do during their staff training.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
I am re-appealing because last appeal was handled improperly, preferably someone else handle this time.

I would like to quote my appeal denial reason:

I do not need evidence that i DIDNT rulebreak. The reporter needs evidence that I did. I shouldn't have been warned in the first place just because he believes his friend's word, that's not valid evidence.

Because I was warned when there was no evidence present from the person who reported me.

I also think the staff member in question should be re-trained, since in his application, he's under the illusion that the F1 Admin logs are conclusive evidence in the case of RDM, which is not the case on ZARP:

I would warn Player B if he had recent punishments on record.
If he didn't have anything on his rapsheet, i would just write a note and give him a verbal warning.
