Hi Kronen,
I've spoken with Kevin about this situation and he has informed me that he witnessed you attempting to RDM users, and that is why you were reported and warned.
Whilst the other account was his alt, and I have asked him not to make/handle F1s from his alt account, I see no major wrongdoing here unless you have a longer clip which would prove that Kevin did not witness you attempting to RDM.
